To say he has done a "good job" is the understatement of the year. He took a program in a regionally dominated sport that had no scholarships and absolutely no local talent base and turned it into a perennial national power that was ranked number one as recently as a few weeks ago and has gotten itself within one OT goal of winning the title. What more do you want?

There is a ton of parity, mainly due to growth in the sport itself. Long gone are the days of 3-4 teams MD and NY dominating the polls.

We have weaknesses as does every other team out there. We need to get better at faceoffs. Denver still seems to have our number.

But when you are asking for removal of the coach who is consistently putting the team in position to win a title and on whose back the entire program was built, please don't "pretend".
