Split in D.C. and it will end in 5. And any Caps complaining about Panarin should look at Oshie's high stick to Panarin's face that wasn't called. The only chance the Caps have to bridge the skill and talent gap is to play "with an edge," and try as they have, they have yet to succeed. Rempe need not fight to have an effect.

Rempe needs to be beat down or thrown through the glass. Too bad MacDermid didn't do it during the regular season. If Wilson needs to be the one to do it now, I'm ok with that.

On the Oshie/Panarin - Panarin isn't a dirty player at all...neither is Oshie. But the hit on Oshie doesn't compare at all to the non-call high stick. To not call anything on Panarin for that when the NHL guys made Oshie leave for concussion protocol is insane. In fact, it was the opposite, Washington got a roughing penalty. That's BS
