I have no idea but in the tournament they repeatedly failed to move runners up, hesitated running the bases, etc. On one occasion a runner tagged at 1st when the ball was clearly over the centerfielders head & woundup stopping at 2nd so instead of having runners on 2nd & 3rd they had them at 1st & 2nd. You can get away with stuff like that against weak teams but you always pay against better teams.
