No matter the school, he seems to reach his level and remain there. I see no signs that ND is appreciably better under his leadership. It's better than the Schrage era, but that's not a compliment.
how much Swarbrick cares about a winning baseball program, and whether he's willing to admit he made a mistake. As far as I know, he has yet to fire any of his coaching hires, and he either already is or is about to be ND's longest-tenured AD since Moose Krause. That would be a very, very long time for someone to go without correcting a mistake.
