Oregon has proven coaching.

Notre Dame retains the same coaches and expects a different result. Historically, changing softball players at Notre Dame has no effect on the desired outcome.

I was surprised that Gumpf has been there 16 years.

That's an eternity. Other than Spitale, they've all been there 12 or more years. That's a long time.
