After 10 years of service to the Monogram Club, Executive Director Beth Hunter will be transitioning out of her current role and assuming new responsibilities within the Notre Dame athletics department. While Beth will continue to remain engaged with the Monogram Club, providing management counsel and support, the University is currently seeking candidates for a new Monogram Club Executive Director. Job Title: Assistant Athletic Director, Monogram Club Executive Director

Job Description: This position is responsible for the management of the Notre Dame Monogram Club's staff and activities. This includes generation of financial resources, budget construction and collaboration with the Club's external Board of Directors and Officer Group to establish the Club's priorities and goals. Additionally, this position will create and manage athletics department special events beyond the scope of the Monogram Club including, but not limited to reunions, dedications, and hosting opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management or a related field is required. Must have knowledge of NCAA, ACC and University rules and regulations. Excellent writing, communication and organizational skills, knowledge of general management principles and practices and the ability and willingness to handle public speaking situations in front of both small and large groups is necessary.

Salary Range: $65,284 - $84,000
