Seeking 2 for Asset Mgmt. Marketing/Client Service

My firm is seeking an Associate and an Assistant Vice President to join the Marketing and Client Service team in its Chicago office. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Client Service, the employees will assist with business development efforts and client service focused primarily on the Firm’s equity strategies. The employee will work closely with the entire Marketing and Client Service team and will regularly interact with investment, finance, operations and legal professionals as well as senior management.

Responsibilities will include the following:
– Creating presentations for current clients and prospective investors
– Preparing monthly and quarterly client reports
– Responding to ad-hoc requests for information and investment analyses
– Assist with writing investment commentaries
– Completing RFPs and questionnaires as needed
– Perform attribution analyses
– Managing the hedge fund investment contribution and redemption process
