Description
RGS is supporting the National Security Division of the Department of Justice with software development services for a vital component of national security. We are seeking to add a SharePoint developer to our team. The candidate will support the development and implementation of an enterprise level SharePoint portal solution. This work is full-time at the client's location in Washington D.C. No travel is required.

Responsibilities
•Provide services in planning, developing and deploying an enterprise level SharePoint Collaboration System (SPCS) solution.

•Provide development services in SharePoint Server 2010 and 2013 to include imaging, document management, automated workflow, collaboration, messaging, and content management.

•Provide assistance to NSD program and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

•Develop custom web parts and integrating enterprise content with SharePoint to include content indexing, personalization, workflow and restricting access to content.

•Develop and assist technical writers with software documentation such as design documents, version description documents and user manuals.

•Collaborate with technical staff to understand and develop resolutions to software problems.

Required Skills
•Minimum 10 years of professional experience including 3 years of design/development experience including SharePoint development.

•SharePoint 2010 web services experience; SharePoint 2013 a plus.

•Experience developing custom web parts and integrating enterprise content, search indexing, customization, workflow and permissions.

•Experience and working knowledge of InfoPath 2010 or later; complex form design and workflow integration.

•Experience with Javascript/Jquery.

•Experience with HTML and CSS.

Desired Skills
•Knowledge of .NET and ASP.NET

•Experience using SharePoint Designer/Visual Studio

•Experience with MS SQL Server

•Experience with software development life cycle and Agile methodologies

•Experience working with legal applications and law enforcement/intelligence agencies

•Experience with document management systems

•Familiarity with Web Services, InfoPath, WebParts, AJAX, and Active Directory

Education
•Bachelor of Science Degree or 10 years experience and no degree.

Clearance
Active Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI.
