Chicago- Real Estate Financial Analyst Position

I am looking to hire a recent graduate into a financial analyst position with a fast growing real estate company. The job is full time and based out of downtown Chicago.

My firm is works leading hedge funds, private equity funds, developers, and investors to acquire single family home rentals throughout the Chicago MSA. I am seeking analysts to help me identify and underwrite properties for acquisition by my client.

Responsibilities:
- Identify acquisition opportunities in the single family residential space;
- Underwrite properties and determine acquisition pricing according to select criteria;
- Create investment strategies that help enhance clients acquisitions pipeline;
- Assist in the reporting and tracking of all activities;
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary by the Principals.

Qualifications:
- Strong quantitative and technical/computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite;
- A true self-starter capable of accomplishing complicated tasks with limited supervision;
- Strong interest in the real estate industry
- Strong Academic Background
