I still can't remember what "FEI" means and don't really care, but the WP stat confirms that ND hasn't even been a top 20 team under Kelly. Of course, our rankings were much worse under Davie (T-38), Willingham (T-50) and Weis (T-46), but they were far better under Holtz (T-5), Devine (13), Parseghian (1), Leahy (1), Layden (9) and Rockne (1).
