I was never a Paterno fan, but taking away his wins and penalizing players and coaches that had nothing to do with the situation made absolutely no sense. Why? Because if one of these psychos was loose at another school, how would the penalties levied against PSU possibly serve as a deterrent for him not to do what Sandusky did?
