reckless spending (for which he deserves plenty of criticism), but this is absolutely a bi-partisan problem. By and large most Republicans who claim they're fiscal or deficit hawks are entirely full of shit, as once their guy is in power there's no spending (or tax cuts) they'll push back against. Look at W, Trump, etc. I'm not a fan of Haley either but she's appropriately called out the Republicans who talk a big game about spending but never follow through.
