other members a few years ago. He was actively engaged in the meeting, unlike some other members who simply used their time to lob talking points. Was also personable without being smarmy and to the best of my knowledge, he hasn't bent over for Trump (at least since the last election).

Spanberger is another decent person who is leaving - although I'm hoping the rumors of her considering the governor race in Virgina are true. She seems like a reasonable leader.

Cathy McMorris Rodgers out of Spokane. She's the chair of the House Energy And Commerce committee and relatively young at 54.

Congress has to be just miserable for politicians who went there to try to enact policy or govern in general.
