It's obvious he enjoys pushing the envelope and pretending to be a tough guy. I'm guessing that no judges want to give the appearance of prejudicial behavior towards a party in a case they're handling. Trump's behavior seems to have raised the bar for what is unacceptable in his case.

Is it a matter of drawing a line in the sand or does he have to do something even more obnoxious to get penalized. For those more knowledgeable, is there a limit to the fine a judge may impose and is there a straight to jail option possible for contempt of court?
