There were rumors that Larry Hogan might run since he just stepped down from their board. But then he killed those rumors. Which can only mean he doesn't think anything will come of No Labels.

Another guy not running - Joe Manchin. He hasn't said he isn't running, but he sure isn't acting like anyone who's even considering it.
