thought I would mention that my company is actively looking for properties to finance. Mostly bridge mortgage debt, but some mezzanine too, on commercial properties throughout the US - multifamily primarily, but also hotel, office, and retail (not industrial), even land if in a strong region. 1-3 year terms, floaring rate loans with spreads of 500 to 600, point in, point out that's waived if you do a permanentn refi with us.
