If only a small portion of the article pertains to your post, Fair Use allows you to copy those one or two paragraphs, provided you cite the author's name and the publication for which he writes. Otherwise, put a link in the HTTP Link box.
• Even if you're copying a reference to an article, provide a link to the page from which the article came. We're trying to cut down on duplicate topics, and the posting process will check the link to your article to see if it's already being discussed on this board. At the very least, you'll save yourself some grief on the boards.

there won't be a season than there will be one. If there is no regular season, no real need for a pre-season. The lack of fight for at least 1 game to work out any COVID procedural kinks on gameday would have been something critical. The complete cancellation of the preseason leads me to believe the owners realize it isn't going to work.


I was in your camp a month ago. There would be a season, there would be at least some NFL fans (different than my college view). Two weeks ago I was they still play games but no fans. Not now.

I can't see how a season happens. 1/4 of the teams (CA, FL, TX, and AZ) in the league are in states with massive outbreaks. There isn't way to control it. One of those teams will get it and then it is lights out for this year.

I hope I am wrong but I just don't see it.
