Some interesting potential rules changes for next year

Lyght was the student rep on the committee.

I like the idea of going to a neon ball. If we're going to insist on playing games during the first week of February, this might give goalies a better chance of seeing the ball indoors, especially at glorified inflatable dome driving ranges like Marquette.

have been reactive to situations that have come up that needed to be handled."

Yes, we need the ability to review Cuse hits that were not originally flagged.

I'd wager Cuse is responsible for at least one other change

Reviewing if a player is out of bounds.

Not being able to review that play in the Cuse UNC quarterfinal was pretty ridiculous

I like the experimental rule vs. 10 man ride

Watched too many games this year where teams clearly were using a long distance "shot" with backup as a get-out-of-jail free card vs. 10 man rides.

Completely Agree.

You could see teams place an attacker (or two) close to the end line to be near "the shot."

Hope this experiment pays off...

I'm on board too

The ND ride was improved last year. Not quite the Kavs and Jake Taylor levels, but it helped. I'm all for making teams earn their clear.

I don't know enough about Yago's AF career

To know if that was already in his bag or if he picked it up after coming here and ran with it, but I was pretty impressed with his effort in the ride this year.
