Although I missed the game. Without having seen the game, my initial takeaway would be one or a combination of the following:

1. Albany is slowly but surely building an elite lacrosse program; and/or
2. Syracuse is down this year; and/or
3. Syracuse just had an awful game (happens to everyone on occasion).
There is a lot of parity

There are so many good lacrosse players now and the number of D1 programs has not been growing as fast as the talent pool.
Jax should have beaten #5 OSU the other day

Up 10-7 with a few minutes left. A couple suspect calls and a Hail Mary OSU pass, catch and score at 1.5 seconds to send to OT where Jax missed an opportunity and OSU scored on the break
