ACC Names John Sexton Defensive Player Of The Year

For the third time in the last four years, the Atlantic Coast Conference has named a Notre Dame student-athlete the Defensive Player of the Year, as long-stick midfielder John Sexton earned the honor Wednesday.

Sexton joins Matt Landis, a two-time recipient, as Notre Dame winners of the award.

Aside from the Michigan game the D was very good all year

Goaltending let us down a couple of times and yes, the offense went MIA for long stretches. Injuries didn't help that. Hopefully we are seeing everything start to get now.
