..they're still in protocol. As a result, the Oregon game, set for this Friday, is gone and the Louisville game, set for Sunday, has been rescheduled until later March.

Missing these four games could hurt this team's development;

at the very least it will prevent them from gaining some of the momentum that would have come from four wins. Va Tech will not be an easy first opponent and then comes the major challenge of two matches in one weekend at Syracuse.

With a roster of 40+, it is difficult to manage the virus once it hits a team. I wonder how much practice they will have had before March 6?

The only silver lining I can see is that Andi Aldave should have gained some recovery time...

Game for This Saturday Still On; Now, It's Robert Morris

Va. Tech had positive tests in it's program so that game is postponed until April. Halfpenny moved fast and got a substitute; namely, Robert Morris, so both the RM guys and girls will have been/be at Arlotta.

Probably an easier match in which to come back to the turf than an ACC match. Like you say, work the kinks out and get Aldave (knock on wood) back in the mix.

Man, this is going to be some season. Could it be the challenge of sheer numbers on the teams (more due to 2020 extension of seniors)? It was hard enough for hoops, so imagine a team three+ teams larger.
