Looking through my notes of cocktails I've made, there's also

- Industry Sour: Fernet, green chartreuse, lime juice, simple syrup (all equal parts)
- Toronto: rye whiskey, simple syrup, bitters, Fernet (essentially a Rye Old Fashioned + Fernet)
- Midnight Stinger: bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, Fernet
- Hanky Panky: gin, sweet vermouth, Fernet

I have many bottles of Amaro (Amari?) in my basement, many of which are an acquired taste, but can really switch up a basic cocktail into something new and rather tasty.

I blame the Summer of Rum for leading me down to the eventual Amaro wormhole.
