The team normally has 12 kids. But one kid is on vacation and another is out due to injury.

But.......... the team played with 10 kids last weekend and there are only 3 games max next weekend. They should be fine with 10.

As one of the dad's just told me, if they want to bring the two guest kids because they only have 10, just in case something goes awry, great. But under no circumstances should they get more PT than the kid already on the team and that should be made clear to the new kids' parents.
