My first real complaint about NDN.

I was trying to find an old post I made, May 2025. Holy crap do y'all talk a lot. It's gotta be at least 100 pages back, and if it's 2-300 it wouldn't surprise me. Anyway I was mindlessly clicking, looked down and overshot the range I was looking for by one day. Hit the box to the left of the one I'd been clicking (Next Page) and it took me to the previous page. Right? Right????

Nope. The First Page button is between the Previous Page button and the Next Page button. Bruh why?

(I hope it's obvious that the tenor of the post is exaggerated for (attempted) comedic effect. It is, as the kids say, not that deep. But seriously, unless there's something I'm missing, I humbly submit the recommendation of swapping the Previous Page and First Page buttons.)

Since I'm assuming at least one BOp reads this post - I did try the search function. The keywords I used did end up being on the page I was looking for. But I never got that result. In just messing around with the search function, it usually returned far fewer results than I would expect. (I actually have a funny screenshot from that process and once I find a place to host it I'll share it.) Anyway, I use the DuckDuckGo browser, but since the search function just takes you to Google, I wouldn't think browser type would matter. Anyway, is there anything I should know to improve my success when using the search function? I am 100% aware that the search function is a free service offered on a free site; I'm asking in the same spirit I ask any question here - "if someone cares to respond", not "you owe me an answer because this is your website and that makes it your responsibility to answer my questions".
