Workers comp case question
by Johnnydub (2018-10-16 14:12:54)

My wife is having a time with her case. Her file has been transferred to 3 attorney's now in the same office. What we are finding out is it's a laborious process for her to get treated and she has been written out of work since Aug 17th on TD. She is getting concerned that 3 different attorney's are working her case. Is this common practice. We live in CA and got a recommendation from the BR and the firm has been great less the continual switching of representation. Thanks BR

It's not uncommon, but totally depends on the firm.
