Get a septic tank inspection along with your home inspection. If you are not on city water you might consider well water testing also. Discuss this with your realtor before you send your offer. Some of that testing can take a few days days and rushing it can get unnecessarily expensive if you’re not prepared. I would get this part planned as soon as possible so that you can schedule your inspections as soon as you have an agreement.
