you may want to have a separate test for well operations (water pressure, etc.).

We had water quality run both off an untreated faucet as well as a filter spigot.

Our county won't allow transference of title without a septic inspection, and if it has failed, it is up to the seller to fix.

In your offer, I would insist on pump out near the day of close.
