...for the community if you added a home appliance "room". I know, that for me, I can never get enough unfettered ice-maker or kitchen stove talk.

Don't forget dishwashers, massive toasters, toaster ovens,

waffle irons, skillets and microwaves. And, of course, the all important blender for smoothies.

I move that septic systems, types of roofing material, and

the best type of wood for a back deck be added.
