They should get a TRO prohibiting the closing agent from disbursing the sales proceeds and a prejudgment attachment on the crazy lady's share (at which point the escrow agent can disburse the other two siblings' portions).

I would just hope there was some lag, either via the escrow agent or via the estate, because executing even for a small-claims amount on Druggie the Flower Lady doesn't sound promising.

The money went to the estate's bank account and will be distributed from the estate to the heirs.
