What will people prefer?

Now, I never thought the menu at Rohr's what all that great (the wine choices were pretty damned good). But I don't expect the changes will go upmarket. So long as they get rid of the Irish food that will at least be welcome.

but won't be as upmarket as Sorin's was.

The last time I had dinner at Sorins, there three other tables being served. Pricing was equivalent of Navarre, LaSalle, and Ruth's Chris.
