Someone had recently posted a recommendation for a professional resume writer, but it's not coming up for me in search results.

My wife is looking to get back into her preferred career (Electronic Health Records) after a multi-year gap, and she is struggling to get noticed with roles that look like perfect fits.

At this point, I'm wondering if her resume is making it past the filters and would like a third party opinion on how we could adjust content to make it more noticeable.
