And how many miles? I would not trust the WJ v8 much farther than I can throw it. The I6 was rugged but not great mileage.
Other than that, it was little dumb things on mine that went slowly bad - brake light connectors fried easily and sometimes necessitated replacing the housing.
On the plus side - the 545 tranny on some of the WJs (those that had tow packages perhaps?) were bulletproof for the most part.

Edit - also, the brake rotors are a little undersized if you plan to tow anything through hilly terrain.
