I recently had a 2011 Southern Tier Oak Aged Unearthly IPA.

I drank the rest of them back in 2011 when I bought them, but kind of forgot about this one, found it during a move, said eff it, and let it go for a while. It was ok.

The oldest I have now are from 2013: a rum barrel aged Secret Spot from Green Room in Jacksonville and a Destihl Saint Dekkera Flanders Oud Bruin. I have about three dozen bottles in the basement, most of which are less than three years old and barrel aged and whatnot. Some Bourbon County Stout and variants, some Boulevard, and Old Rasputin, and lots of local stuff.

I stopped buying beers to let sit because 1) I have too many already; 2) I lack patience; 3) I don't feel like dropping that much cash on beer without tasting it first; and 4) I got tired of standing in line for bottle releases.
