Other names Ruling Ring, Master-ring, Great Ring, the One, Ring of Rings, Ring of Power, Ring of Doom, Isildur's Bane, the Burden, Precious

I always loved Isildur’s Bane - no mention of Mordor though. What’s really surprising is there’s no elvish name for it. I wonder why Tolkien didn’t give it one.
