It was a complete clusterf--k. I'm not sure which platforms offer what features, but if you're going to host an event like this, make sure you choose an app that allows an administrator to control the audio and video of all participants. Otherwise, it won't work. During the wedding, there were like 3 or 4 people who couldn't figure out how to mute their mics and kill their video, and it ruined it for everyone else.
We use Zoom, we trialled BJ and it was a terrible product. *
