I think there are ton of fascinating space-related topics.

-black holes
-space travel
-different types of stars
-UAPs/UFOs

Non-space ideas:

-medical topics: how organ transplants work, how chemotherapy is used to treat cancer, brain functions

-nature: honeybees, ants, salmon/anadromous fish, whale migration, deep-sea life, coral reefs

-technology: how ransomware attacks happen and the fallout from them, how a computer/video game is made
