Go there on a different trip where you’re concentrating on Northern Ireland. The big attraction in Northern Ireland is the spectacular north coast, truly worth it. Belfast is worth seeing, but only for a day or two.

No flipping way should you drive there from Killarney. It’s the complete opposite end of the country. The most direct route is through the largely boring Irish midlands. Unless you like looking at farmland. In other words, it’s like I posted below, like driving from Evansville to Ft. Wayne, both in time and in scenery.
