It has far surpassed my expectations. I used screen paint on the wall (under $100) and it's fantastic. Is it movie theater quality? Probably not but I can't see a big difference.

I hooked it up to a receiver and speakers and let it rip.

Confirmed it's an Epson Home Cinema 2150.

It's a couple of years old so probably better technology out there now.
