I can't speak to whether he's fired any athletic department staff who he might have hired.

Ryan Sachire was hired in 2013 and is still there as far as I can tell. His predecessor, Bobby Bayliss, retired after 26 seasons.
Might have the wrong coach but saw something about an offseason firing. Will check when I've got better wifi (traveling).
That coach predated Swarbrick's tenure.
