Notre Dame not ranked in top 25.

If Notre Dame had a half-assed competent athletic director who cared about winning a national championship a change would have been made several years ago.

EDIT: Florida State is the only ranked (in top 10) ACC team. Notre Dame and North Carolina in receiving votes category. Michigan and Minnesota are in the top 18. James Madison and BYU are also ranked.
