with baseball. Minor arm/elbow issue that doesn't affect his football. He'll be 100% on football this Spring going forward.

Does anybody know if he played in a summer league last summer or did he stick with the offseason football program?

look at his stats and number of pitches per game:

Anything standout? It's a program pattern that knocks pitchers out of action. Jumping someone from 12 pitches to 104 is ridiculous.
If anybody cared there would be an investigation.
