Tough loss to Wisconsin. 3 unearned runs in top of the 7th.

After an error that would have ended the 7th inning, the next Wisconsin batter hit a 3 run homer to put Wisconsin up 4-0. ND got two in the bottom of the 7th but left the bases loaded. Lost 4-2. The first 6 innings ND totally out hit Wisonsin 8 to 2, but the Badgers got their run after a walk and HBP with a single to center which we should have thrown out the runner at home but the throw was offline. The following inning ND should have scored on a single with someone on second to tie, but their center fielder threw a bullet to the catcher for the out.

I thought we would win in th bottom of the 7th until the throwing error that gave Wisonsin life an allowed the 3 run homer on the next pitch. Hope they come back tomorrow.
