I think we're stuck with the hats, but the uniforms look great.

I blame UA not anyone on our staff for the HUGE ND on the hats.

Do kids even buy those giant ND hats?

I am clearly not the target consumer for those, but it's not like every kid I see on campus, or otherwise, wearing those either.

It's like some half-hearted attempt to make ND more "street". It ends up just looking like someone made a mistake before a huge production order went out, so they lived with it.
