10. Carson Tinney, ND commit

I have seen most of these kids play a lot, and I think that this is a bit low but it doesn't include his pitching, as ND has apparently asked him to not pitch very much. If he did pitch more, he would likely be at or very close to the top of this list, as he sits low 90s with a really good slider.
