Great Twitter reply to ND baseball yesterday. To paraphrase: 2nd in the nation in defense, almost 90 HR, middle of the pack ACC pitching.... so why are they losing. Only one obvious reason.

All that momentum and interest from the too short Jarrett era completely gone and squandered. With all the grad transfers, I wonder about development of the guys coming up in the program. The team was constructed to win now (and last year). Yet the only hope to even qualify for the conference tourney is to sneak into the final spot based on woeful programs losing. Hope ND requires and demands more from the coaching staff for this program, but I'm not optimistic.
