Location:

South Bend, conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of Notre Dame on Eddy Street

Summary:

We are in need of a full-time administrative office manager to handle receptionist duties and to support the accounting staff. The right person should possess strong interpersonal communication skills and be able to multi-task various functions including the telephone, clients and computer applications. Successful candidate will have the opportunity to train with the existing office manager.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Interacting with clients on phone and in person
• Answer phone, filing, process tax forms for client pick up
• Billing, receivables management, bank deposits
• Interacting with accounting staff
• Renew software licenses and act as liaison to outsourced IT company
• Office supplies and equipment management
• Database management
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, Creative Solutions Ultra Tax a plus

Job requirements, Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years experience in a professional office environment
• Working knowledge in overseeing IT issues

Compensation will be based on experience
