Per Bruce Feldman.

He had interviewed for the Temple Job.

Will be interesting to see who Temple hires. They had also interviewed Miami DC Manny Diaz --but he was back recruiting for Miami last night, so the Canes took that as a sign that he would stay in Miami.

Another interesting name that has interviewed for Temple is Michigan DC Don Brown. Philly papers reported that he met them last week. Brown is 65 years old though ,so I wonder if he is just trying to get the hell away from Harbaugh?

Did he double his salary again?

Say what you will, but this guy seems to understand the concept of maximizing his income.
He would have had to take a pay cut to go to Temple

That might be why he stayed at A&M. And as you note--he may have leveraged himself another raise though.

It will be interesting to see who Temple hires. Miami fans are terrified at the thought of losing DC Manny Diaz. He is the bright spot on the staff--as both a coach and a recruiter. Would be a huge loss for Miami if they lose him.
