There isn't much job security in the NFL to begin with--but if a coach has has an option of going to NFL team X or the Arizona Cardinals--they will likely pick the team that hasn't shown they will fire a HC after just 1 season.

The organization has other major issues.

The talent on the roster is terrible....not enticing for a new HC coming in and facing a quick axe if there isn't a quick turnaround.
