Manti has been injured quite a lot over the years and is now a free agent. Maybe he has one more season. He also has a degree from Notre Dame and about a million people who would hire him.

Manziel needs to start practicing his skills at the fry cooker.

Manziel's family has money.

He won't have to worry about getting a real job unless his family cracks down on his funds. Also, 7.7M can go a long way with the correct planning. Not sure he has that, though.
