Giants got a starting safety and kick returner, plus a third.

Beckham quit on team at end of year, and had worn out his welcome. Leaving the field during the game to hydrate himself in locker room because he doesn’t like water? Criticizing team and QB after you get a mega deal just doesn’t fit with team’s culture. I’m not a Giants fan but friends of mind who are appear to be glad he’s gone.

If they knew they wanted a #1 WR, and were willing to draft one in the 1st round, giving up a mid round pick and decent (but replaceable) SS to make it a sure thing is worth it.
